HOUSE and GARDEN. Moscow Garden Show

On March, 23th – 26th the 4th International «HOUSE and GARDEN. Moscow Garden Show» will take place in Moscow at The Crocus Expo Fairground.  This exhibition project aims to unite designers, manufacturers, suppliers, landscapers and gardeners from across the globe exhibiting to both trade visitors and consumers. Focusing heavily on the provision of global business opportunities through networking, the organizers offer a platform for direct access to markets interested in this sector. In 2010 an impressive 25500 visitors from 15 countries and 20 regions of Russia attended the show.

In 2010 86 companies, landscape bureaus and individual designers from Russia, Great Britain, Sweden, Germany, Italy and Finland presented their brand new developments at the exhibition. The concept of show goes beyond what we used to know about a garden, showing the complex approach to designing, gardening and landscaping of the garden.

The «HOUSE and GARDEN» exhibition is:

- Unique chance for establishing business contacts, exchanging the experience with domestic and international landscape design and material & accessories companies; developing the inter-branch cooperation;
- The best way to meet new landscape and gardening industry developments, to learn more about competitors’ offers;
- The business program for experts with participation of speakers from the UK, Russia and other countries, workshops and an amazing show program for visitors;
- Active advertising-and-information support campaign for exhibitors both before and during the show in the Russian and foreign mass-media; for example in authoritative «House and Garden», «Beautiful Houses», «Wooden Houses».

Main exhibition themes include: 

- LANDSCAPE DESIGN including planning, greenery, beautification, planting material, small architectural forms (arbors, pergolas), hard landscaping, garden sculpture and accessories,
- AQUA DESIGN (pools, waterfalls, fountains,  hydro-massage, assembly, frame  inflatable pools and equipment),
- LAWNS, FLOWERS and PLANTS CARE and protection, winter gardens, lighting, wooden and plastic decking;
- OUTDOOR FURNITURE, including wicker furniture, wooden furniture, artificial wood furniture, plastic furniture;
- GARDEN TOOLS and machinery incorporating lawnmowers, chainsaws, cultivators, brush-cutters, specialized to ols;
- FLOWERS and DECOR, including floral design, bouquets and compositions, cut, potted, garden flowers, floral goods and pack;
- BARBECUE including garden stoves, barbecues, grills, accessories.

The unique business program will include a professional conference on «FASHION TRENDS IN LANDSCAPE DESIGN». Annually the organizers invite famous landscape architects from the UK for the series of workshops on landscape design, plants selection and garden business development.

Landscape designers will also compete within two «Fashion for landscape» concourse sections: landscape projects and exhibition gardens. The main idea of «Garden for the star» competition’s theme is that each garden is devoted to one of  Russia’s pop and TV stars, and the award-winning garden’s designer gets his prize personally from that star.

Floristic will have its own specialized exposition with one of the highlights being professional floral artists’ competition. Supported by the Russian floral artists association, a series of spectacular shows will be organized demonstrating the very best that the genre has to offer. Besides, the Association in cooperation with the fund «OPERATION HOPE» will present the program on the socially-focused business, including rehabilitation support for children from specialized schools.

The concept of inter-branch relations will be supported by simultaneous exhibitions – «FIREPLACES SALON», «AQUA SALON: Wellness and SPA. Pools and saunas», «WOODEN HOUSE». Complementing each other, these exhibitions traditionally attract a wide range of visitors.

More than 20 000 experts from different regions of Russia will receive invitations to the HOUSE and GARDEN Moscow Garden Show.
